Just a fine choice for getting around the area in High Wycombe with attractive and competitive value for money. I needed extra towels, but it took quite a while to get them from a rather uninterested receptionist. It's wise to bring your own glass for drinks since there weren't any in the room.

We truly enjoyed our stay with easy access to beautiful parks and historical landmarks, making our weekend explorations totally delightful and stress-free. The Hellfire Caves, an intriguing landmark just over 2.5 km away, combined with the lovely stroll at The Rye Park that is almost 2 km from our hotel, made our visit unforgettable.

Clean room with a microwave was a plus. No lift made carrying bags upstairs a hassle. Convenient for cycling enthusiasts.

the contractors guest house is super convenient if ur in high wycombe. had a clean room which was basic but comfy. tea n coffee in the room was a nice touch. i liked how some rooms have sinks n microwaves, makes things a bit easier! overall a good place for what i paid.

only thing is there’s no lift so carrying bags up the stairs was a pain. also, the place is actually called the buckingham hotel which is kinda confusing.

The shared kitchen was a bonus too, and I appreciated my dirty dishes being cleaned. Only thing is the parking’s a bit of a walk, but totally fine for what you get.
